Paper chaos and loss of information.
As in a complex gearbox where every cog has to mesh precisely, internal processes were facing a significant challenge. Mountains of paper documents made daily work more difficult, important information got lost in confusing email inboxes and a patchy database led to unnecessary extra work. For promoters in particular, this meant repeatedly sending personal documents for each individual assignment – an inefficient process that tied up valuable time and resources.
The aim of the collaboration was to develop specific measures to increase efficiency in close coordination with FAIREVER and then to implement these successfully in order to optimize operational performance in the long term.

Teamhero has significantly improved and simplified database quality and maintenance. When selecting suitable event personnel, the focus is on quality. With Teamhero, job bookings are automatically stored in the respective promoter profile and individual assessments of each assignment are saved. Quality assurance is thus optimally prepared.
In addition, job advertisements for internal project staff have been simplified. Many promoters now proactively apply for jobs that have been created, which has significantly reduced the need to write time-consuming circular emails – a relief for both internal employees and promoters.
The use of Datev LODAS integration has also significantly accelerated and clarified the payroll process. Wages can now be generated much faster and without errors. The introduction of the FAIREVER app has also greatly simplified collaboration for the promoters.
