Special leave
Special leave is a special form of paid leave that can be requested due to special and exceptional events. Employees are entitled to it in addition to their regular vacation.
If the employee is temporarily unable to work, they can apply for special leave.

- Application: If the employee has been dismissed, he or she can be released from work for new applications.
- Illness of relatives: e.g. for the care of a close relative
- Appointment with a public authority: If the employee has been invited by the authority.
- Birth of own child: Only for legitimate children, for illegitimate children the employee must ask the employer.
- Court date
- Craftsman appointment: Only in extreme emergencies.
- Own marriage
- Relocation
- Natural events: Only those that affect the physical or mental state.
