Recruitment interview
It is the last step in the application process: the interview.
With this interview, it is (as good as) certain that a final decision has been made and the applicant will get the job. The recruitment interview aims to clarify the final details of the employment contract, including
- Entry date
- Amount of the salary
- Number of vacation days
- Special payments
- Probationary period
- Retirement provision
The recruitment interview usually ends with a completed employment contract being presented and signed by both parties.
In this interview, the candidate has another opportunity to address any uncertainties and clear them up.
This interview often also involves discussing the exact tasks that the new employee will have to perform, especially in the first few days at work.
In addition, the new colleague is usually given a tour of the premises and can see their future workplace.
