Operational integration management

The term company integration management (BEM) refers to a specific task of the employer. The aim of this task is to overcome employees’ incapacity to work within the company as far as possible, to prevent renewed incapacity to work and to maintain the job of an affected employee.

In a broader sense, it is also about occupational health management to protect the health of all employees.
