E-Recruiting
With e-recruiting, the applicant management processes take place digitally and no longer offline. This means that job advertisements are not placed in print media. In the past, applications were sent by post and recruiters used cumbersome Excel lists for applicant management.
Nowadays, thanks to e-recruiting, this very process has been digitized. Recruiting has 3 essential goals:
