Business trip
A business trip is a journey to another place of work. This means that an employee is temporarily assigned to a location other than their usual place of work. The business trip should not exceed a period of 3 months, as otherwise it is assumed that this is another permanent place of work. This would then be treated differently for tax purposes.
The term business trip is also important for the travel expense report. After the business trip, the employee has the Possibility to pay his expenses such as e.g. travel expenses, hotel and meals.
