Enticement
In the case of enticement, the employee receives a job offer from another company. This is usually carried out by a specialized personnel consultancy and is intended to bring the poached employee a significant improvement in working conditions and/or remuneration.
Enticement is not illegal. However, it is important that the employee still observes his notice period. This type of recruitment is also permitted among competing companies.
