360 degree feedback
360-degree feedback differs from classic assessment. In classic feedback (90 degrees), there are roughly 2 perspectives: Self-reflection by the employee and external assessment by the boss / direct superior.
With this type of feedback, the supervisor can take the employee’s self-perception into account, but has the final say in the performance assessment.
360-degree feedback, on the other hand, is somewhat different. This is an all-round assessment and evaluation from all sides. Here, the supervisor’s assessment is only part of the evaluation.
The following people are interviewed for the 360-degree feedback:
- the employees themselves for the self-assessment
- the direct superior
- Direct colleagues
- Project staff
- Customers
