With Teamhero, you have an overview of every step at all times. Our personnel planning software makes your daily personnel planning and therefore also your reporting and payroll accounting easier. The master data can be exported in just a few clicks. Transaction data can be filtered and downloaded in several formats. A precise target/actual evaluation of all working times enables you to carry out clean controlling. You manage everything online.

Our interfaces

With the interface to DATEV Lodas, it is possible to automatically generate a master data export that can be imported directly into DATEV Lodas. Manual personnel questionnaires or data processing in DATEV Lodas are now a thing of the past. DATEV Lodas import files for transaction data, such as the daily remuneration per day of employment or supplements or deductions such as travel allowances or break deductions, are also created on schedule. Data transfer is optimized in particular for payroll scenarios for short-term (KFB) and marginal employment (GFB). Payments on account in the current payroll period can also be generated as an importable file on request.

With the interface to Sage HR, it is possible to automatically generate master data and transaction data exports that can be imported directly into Sage HR. Master data, payments on account and payroll data can be transferred. Manual personnel questionnaires or data processing are now a thing of the past. Individual data entry for each employee is no longer necessary and the administrative workload can be drastically reduced.

Whether rosters, master data, master data changes, transaction data or reports – you can export the data already filtered via XLS or CSV file and then process it as required. Separate reports can also be provided by arrangement and on an individual order basis.

With the implementation you connect your Talentcube account directly with Teamhero. This allows the applicant data to be automatically transferred from Teamhero to Talentcube. If an applicant submits their application via Talentcube, it is stored directly in Teamhero. Whether in Teamhero or Talentcube, you have direct access to the video application. This connection saves you even more time and increases the quality of the application.
