Kiecom relies on brains with heart
Kiecom is an independent, owner-managed communications agency with a sense for clear messages and the right level of activity. For over 30 years, Kiecom has been offering its clients from all over Germany full service in the areas of PR, digital marketing and promotion & events.
Before the introduction of Teamhero, everyday working life was characterized by data in numerous lists and folders – both digital and in paper form. All communication with over 3,000 external employees was carried out laboriously by email or telephone. As our team continued to grow, the agency increasingly reached its organizational limits. Teamhero was able to solve all of these challenges as an all-in-one HR management solution. The platform enables Kiecom to bundle all processes on a central, digital solution – and thus fundamentally improve the way we work.

With Teamhero, Kiecom creates more flexibility in everyday working life, as personnel data and bookings can be accessed at any time and from anywhere – quickly, easily and on the move. Communication with all employees is more direct, distances are shorter and all relevant information is bundled in one central location. Independent employee access makes it easier to keep data up to date. Invoices and emails are sent at the touch of a button, which saves a lot of time. At the same time, we work in a future-oriented manner and strengthen our attractiveness on the job market.
The introduction of Teamhero provided a comprehensive solution to the challenges mentioned above. The app, which was specially developed for Kiecom, strengthens employees’ identification with the company and enables more direct and efficient communication.
