They can work at home, in the office, in a caf\u00e9 or even from the train. <\/p>\n<p>As a result, there are no longer any geographical boundaries in the search for suitable applicants. A new employee does not necessarily have to live in the same city, but can also come from a completely different federal state or even continent. <\/p>\n<p>The commute to work is also eliminated, which is a huge advantage for commuters in particular and gives them much more time for their professional and private lives. In hybrid working, the office remains the central location that connects all employees. <\/p>\n<p>For some, the idea of being present may still be important, as this is how others see that you are busy. However, the hybrid working model rethinks this view and shifts the focus to the work results, which offer the company added value. <\/p>\n<h2>Hybrid work: communication is the be-all and end-all<\/h2>\n<p>It is clear that in hybrid working, employees will no longer meet by chance in the kitchen for small talk and there will also be fewer lunches together. The easiest way to continue communicating with each other is digitally. <\/p>\n<p>First of all, an awareness of hybrid working must be created. Asynchronous communication is the rule here and it must be ensured from the outset that the new digital structure is clear to everyone.
