A business model describes how a company functions and shows how it can shows how it generates profits.
Every company can use the business model to outline why, how and with what it earns money. For the development of the model, it is helpful to the following questions, for example:
- What do we offer?
- Who is our target group & what benefits do they get from our product?
- How do we generate sales?
